As owner and managing partner, Nima is responsible for the execution, strategic direction, and the overall management of FinTech Processing. His responsibilities include day to day operations of the ISO working across all principle departments to develop a network of account executives nationally. All while maintaining key market relationships with industry specific processors, equipment vendors, and strategic partners.
Nima has over 13 years of sales and marketing experience working across multiple industries including distribution, insurance and over eight years in the Merchant Services Industry.
Nima’s entrepreneurial spirit has developed overtime beginning his career as a direct Sales Manager of a Dairy Distributor Company then promoted to Branch Manager. Relying on his work ethic and perseverance Nima became an owner in the industry within 3 years.
After a year stint with Mutual of Omaha in Florida Nima relocated back to his family in Charlotte and began his eight year tenure in the merchant services industry. Working independently with Central Payment Nima grew his Charlotte office by hiring outside sales agents and a sales director to provide excellent support for his agents. Nima believes success in this industry relies on a well-trained sales team and great customer service. “Happy sales agents are the foundation to FinTech’s future success.”
